Food is my life.

It has kept me alive for the past 26 years and will continue to do so in many ways. Food has become more than a meal. It started in simple, even silly ways. There was the time in the 4th grade when I made a “special recipe” of baked peanut butter and goldfish cracker balls, and even a Christmas when I asked for blank VHS tapes to record a 24-hour Iron Chef marathon. Today, I recognize how important the fight for good food is.

The goal here is simple; this is a place to think, learn, and chat about food and how we can all know and love it better. Recipes will be rare, but hopefully the learnings will be plenty. Thanks for stopping by!
